G-PRO SLEEVE - Softball

The Gonzo Pro Sleeve 6 inch Softball sleeve was designed for softball players who are looking to impact the ball with more power, who are wanting to increase their bat speed and exit velocity by developing a more explosive and powerful swing. By adding weighted resistance to the bat for a live impact hitting training program such as hitting tees, soft toss and batting cage training, research has shown a dramatic increase in a hitters bat speed and exit velocity when using weighted sleeves for impact training. Bat speed is by far the number one most important factor in a hitters swing and highly increases the probability of success during a hitters at bat. Currently bat speeds are being measured at all player levels. High School average bat speed is between 55 mph to 65 mph with top players ranging around 70 mph. College average bat speed is 70 mph to 85 mph with top Pro players ranging around 90 mph. (The GPRO 6 inch Sleeve is designed for a 2 ¼ barrel diameter softball bat)
