G-PRO MULTI SLEEVE - Softball

The Gonzo Pro Sleeve 2 inch multiset Softball sleeve allows a hitter to increase the level of resistance by adding a second and third sleeve as her strength increases during the training process. These multi sleeves were designed for all skill levels of softball players who are looking to impact the ball with more power by increasing their bat speed, exit velocity developing a more explosive and powerful swing. By adding just a few ounces of weighted resistance to the bat in a live impact hitting training program such as hitting tees, soft toss and batting cage training, research has shown a dramatic increase in a hitters bat speed and exit velocity. Bat speed is by far the most important factor in a hitters swing and increases the probability of success during a hitters at bat. Currently bat speeds are being measured at all player levels. Youth Softball League average bat speed is between 30 mph to 45 mph with top players ranging around 50 mph.
